Alex Garrett

Alex Garrett | 6’7” F | Sidwell Friends | Team AKT Alex is a long, athletic 6’7” forward who impacts winning on both ends of the floor. He competes with a high motor, rebounds outside of his area, and consistently uses his length and athleticism to make plays on the glass. Offensively, he finishes through contact, runs the floor hard, and can knock down catch-and-shoot threes at a high clip. Defensively, Alex brings great energy and versatility. He can defend multiple positions, communicates well, and is a really good connector on that end of the floor. He understands rotations, plays with toughness, and consistently makes effort plays that don’t always show up in the box score. What stands out about Alex is that he doesn’t need the ball in his hands to impact the game. He rebounds, defends, spaces the floor, finishes around the rim, and plays with a high motor. He’s the type of versatile forward who can fit alongside different personnel and help a team win in a number of ways.
